Trump Admits He Attacked Iran For Israel

Donald Trump told reporters on Sunday that we shouldn’t be at war in the Middle East before admitting that he attacked Iran for Israel.

After $65 billion lost and the deaths of 13 American servicemen and women, Trump is apparently now beginning to concede that going to war with Iran without a legitimate reason was a huge mistake.

While speaking to reporters on Air Force One on Sunday, Trump made a shocking about-face by stating that we probably should not be at war in the Middle East. One justification for war with Iran that Trump himself shot down is that it was all for oil.

“You could make the case that maybe we shouldn’t even be there at all because we don’t need [oil], we have a lot of oil, we are the number-one producer anywhere in the world times two, by double – at least double, now I think it’s much higher than that.”

Indeed, and it’s not like Iranian oil hadn’t already been flowing into the United States to help Americans fill up their tanks. But Trump’s war resulted in the closure of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, sending gas prices soaring in the United States, something Trump has made clear that he doesn’t care about, until now apparently.

But as we all know, when Trump rambles on, he’ll likely say something else incriminating, and he uttered quite a doozy by admitting that attacking Iran was all for Israel, strongly suggesting that Israeli dictator Benjamin Netanyahu persuaded him to send Americans to die for Israelis.

“But we do it. It’s almost like we do it for habit, but we also do it for some very good allies that we have in the Middle East,” Trump said.

The only ally we have in the Middle East that actually wanted war with Iran and has wanted war with Iran for decades is Israel.

Trump should pull back our military forces and end our involvement in Iran immediately. We have zero legitimate reasons to be there, and his administration and our military are already guilty of committing war crimes in the region. There should be a reckoning for that, but continuing this conflict will only make things worse.
