Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) openly stated his intention to ask his constituents to sacrifice their children for Donald Trump’s war in Iran. His 2026 Democratic challenger fired back in strong language that will give him the vapors.
Graham has been obsessed with dragging the United States into a war with Iran for decades, and now that he’s gotten his wish, he wants everyone else’s children to pay the price in blood for it. During an interview on Fox News on Monday, Graham said he intends to go to South Carolina to personally ask parents to sacrifice their kids to the war effort.
“I’m going back to South Carolina, I am asking them to send their sons and daughters to the Mideast,” Graham said. “What I want you to do in the Mideast, my friends in Saudi Arabia and other places, step forward and say this is my fight too.”
Graham’s statement especially angered his 2026 Democratic challenger, Dr. Annie Andrews, a pediatrician and mother of three, who responded by telling Trump’s lapdog to “f*** all the way off.”
“Forgive me for not sounding like a Senate candidate when I say this,” Andrews wrote on her social media page. “Lindsey, fuck all the way off. Sincerely, A mom of three South Carolinian children and the person who is going to end your career.”
Andrews is not the only one condemning Graham. Meghan McCain, the daughter of Graham’s late friend Senator John McCain, also struck back.
Lindsey Graham has been in Congress too long. He’s a Trump sycophant who is in the pocket of Israeli dictator Benjamin Netanyahu. Americans are already dying because of this folly, and Trump himself can’t even be respectful when the coffins come home. Graham is a threat to the lives of every American of military age. If he had his way, we’d be perpetually at war. His insanity must be stopped. Dr. Annie Andrews must defeat him.
