Trump Throws A Hissy Fit After SCOTUS Rejects Bid To Escape E. Jean Carroll Verdict

A jury in New York found that Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll in the 1990s and ordered him to pay her $5 million. He thought the Supreme Court would bail him out. It didn’t. Now he’s throwing a temper tantrum about it.

Drunk with fantasies of having absolute power and immunity from any criminal charges or civil lawsuits, Trump has appealed the E. Jean Carroll verdict all the way through the federal courts, losing every step of the way despite using the Department of Justice as his own personal law firm to fight his legal battles.

On Monday, the Supreme Court settled the matter once and for all by rejecting Trump’s appeal, thus ending his bid to escape justice. In addition, there’s an $83 million defamation verdict in E. Jean Carroll’s favor that he’s also appealing.

Shortly after learning once again that he’s a loser, Trump threw a temper tantrum on social media.

“Surprisingly, the Supreme Court declined to ‘review’ a Fake Case brought against me by a woman I never met (Decades old celebrity photo line, standing with her husband, does not count!),” Trump or his side chick Natalie Harp wrote.

“I will continue the fight against this Weaponization and Lawfare Case against me, including the ridiculous claim of Defamation, with all of my power and strength,” the rant continued. “This Case is really against the United States of America, and all it stands for, and should never be allowed to happen to another President, or Candidate to be!”

Wrong. The case was and is against Trump, not the United States. This wasn’t E. Jean Carroll v United States. It’s E. Jean Carroll v Trump. Big difference, and being president doesn’t shield you from civil lawsuit verdicts issued when you were out of office. Trump was NOT president in 2023.

Trump also attacked the state of New York.

“New York State created a Law, for an instant speck of time, going back many decades, in order to wrongfully ‘nab’ me,” Trump falsely claimed. ”It was tailormade, and this Injustice cannot be allowed to stand! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Except the Supreme Court says it is standing. Now pay up, you whiny little bitch.
