Trump Loses E. Jean Carroll Appeal In The Supreme Court Again

The Supreme Court has once again refused to hear Donald Trump’s desperate appeal to toss the $5 million verdict against him in the E. Jean Carroll civil case.

Trump has been desperately appealing the verdict ever since it was handed down by a jury in 2023. A New York court found that Trump raped E. Jean Carroll in 1996 and awarded her $5 million. Trump had already begged the Supreme Court to overturn the verdict, only to be rebuffed when the court refused to even hear the case.

Now the high court stacked with his own nominees has turned him away a second time, making it clear that Trump has absolutely no choice but to suck it up and take the loss. The rejection also makes it more likely he will have to pay the $83 million award E. Jean Carroll secured from a jury in her defamation case against Trump for repeatedly attacking her in the press and on social media.

Predictably, Trump whined on social media about the Supreme Court’s refusal to bail him out, framing the civil case as being against the country itself rather than just him.

“This Case is really against the United States of America, and all it stands for, and should never be allowed to happen to another President, or Candidate to be!” Trump or his diaper mistress Natalie Harp wrote. “New York State created a Law, for an instant speck of time, going back many decades, in order to wrongfully “nab” me. It was tailormade, and this Injustice cannot be allowed to stand!”

Trump’s lawyers had also claimed that anything Trump says as president shouldn’t be allowed to be used against him in court because the Supreme Court gave presidents immunity for official acts. But the high court didn’t even consider this worthy to hear.

The message is clear. Trump lost. He’s a loser. Pay up.
