Maria Shriver Shatters Trump’s Fragile Ego For Pathetic Narcissistic Kennedy Center Obsession

Donald Trump is closing the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as part of a massive temper tantrum over not being able to slap his name on the memorial. In response, Kennedy niece Maria Shriver took aim at Trump’s pathetic narcissistic display.

After a federal judge once again blocked Trump from adding his name to the Kennedy Center, an action which can only be done through Congressional approval, Trump’s hand-picked board voted to close the beloved institution. It’s the equivalent of a petulant child holding their breath until they get their way.

Trump announced the decision of his sycophantic board on social media, along with a refusal to allow any renovations or repairs to take place until he gets what he wants.

Trump has repeatedly targeted the Kennedy Center as part of his vanity projects even though the institution is a living memorial designated by Congress to honor a president whose life was cut short by an assassin in November 1963. The same federal judge ordered Trump’s name off the building earlier this year. Trump has been hiding the facade behind a tarp ever since.

The reaction to Trump’s announcement has been mostly mockery, but Maria Shriver’s response especially cut deep because she targeted Trump’s fragile ego.

“And so here we are. This statement from Trump blows my mind. That a sitting president would not let any renovations to a public building go on unless he gets to first put his name in the said building… What a sad state of affairs,” Shriver wrote. “What a tragedy. Actually, how small minded, how narcissistic. Actually great men, devoted to public service and the public good do not act like this.”

“It seems that this man will not rest until his name is permanently connected to the name of a great president, whose memory this building was dedicated to” she continued. “Imagine spending your time and your days focused on this, as everyday Americans struggle with healthcare, gas prices, rent, and food. Imagine spending your days focused on this, while a war rages under your leadership.”

She even mocked Trump’s typical sign-offs at the end of his social media rants.

“Enough said,” Shriver concluded. “Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

That sound you hear is the ketchup hitting the walls.
