Trump Disappears After Weird, Slurred Speech

Where, oh where has Donald Trump gone again?

At the beginning of this week, President Trump teamed up with his “Secretary of War,” Pete Hegseth, and gathered up all of the nation’s top military generals and admirals, crammed them into a room in Virginia, and proceeded to yell at them from the stage for what felt like endless hours, essentially telling them all to jump on the MAGA train with a smile on their faces or get lost and kiss their pensions and careers goodbye.

It was a whole thing.

And now, apparently, no one has actually seen him since.

During his extremely bizarre, authoritarian, and frankly slurred speech, Trump told military officials to prepare themselves to deploy within United States cities to combat the “war from within,” confirming to generals and admirals that he has instructed Hegseth to use “dangerous cities as training grounds.”

Then he disappeared.

Journalist Aaron Rupar said in a post on BlueSky, “Trump has not been seen in public since Tuesday and has no public events on his calendar today.”

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who has been the target of Trump’s weird AI-generated video fetish lately, told MSNBC’s Morning Joe, “Donald Trump is in the presidential witness protection program. No one can find him.”

We took a look at Donald’s public White House schedule, and the only things on it were a Swearing-In Ceremony for the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden that was conveniently closed press and a press briefing from Karolyn Leavitt.

Many observers noted that Trump seemed particularly low-energy during his last public appearance and were quick to recall the early days of last month when the president was also MIA, effectively reigniting rumors, questions, and speculations about Donald’s whereabouts and well being.

Democratic strategist Adam Parkhomenko questioned, “Have we not seen cankles in public since the shutdown started?

Historian Kevin Kruse cracked a well-placed “Weekend at Bernie’s” joke while one BlueSky user suggested, “He had to have another stroke so that his face will droop on both sides.”

Another BlueSky user added, “I’m not interested in conspiracies, we all know about his hand bruising and the bells Palsy episode on 9/11. We saw him slurring like crazy. The generals speech wasn’t normal energy wise. If the next appearance is him seated behind his desk, flanked by others while covering his bruised hand…”

Alison Harrison took to X and wrote, “Trump hasn’t been seen in public since Tuesday and has nothing on his schedule today. We have only seen offensive memes on his Truth Social that indicate he’s alive and kicking. Trump is unwell — what are they hiding about his health status?”

There’s certainly something rotten in the state of Denmark, but frankly, I’m gonna need them to stop teasing us.
