WATCH: Trump Minion Begs Bored Crowd Of Farmers To Applaud

Donald Trump’s administration has done nothing but harm farmers across the country, but Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins pathetically begged a crowd of them to applaud her for sucking up to him in Minnesota.

Rollins has already been humiliated repeatedly in Congress over how Trump has treated farmers since taking office. His tariffs have decimated trade and have made crops more expensive. Farmers are going bankrupt. They are losing their homes and their farms. They are being wiped out with no end in sight.

But Trump wants everyone to believe otherwise, which is why he sent Rollins to Minnesota to sell his bullsh*t. The problem is that Rollins used her time to suck up to Trump, and the audience was not enthused with what she was trying to sell them.

“With my boss, President Trump, what he was trying to figure out was if we’ve got to deliver on our promises,” Rollins said. “We promised a smaller government. We promised to deregulate. We promised tax cuts. We promised to get rid of all the crazy woke.”

Trump cut taxes for the wealthy, not farmers. Trump turned our government into a right-wing authoritarian government, not a small government. He’s deregulated so many critical environmental and safety regulations that the very land and water farmers rely on are set to be poisoned by the fossil fuel industry and AI data centers. Trump cut regulations that had prevented screwworm from infecting American cattle. He also allowed Argentina to flood the market with beef from their farmers. None of these moves have benefitted farmers in the United States.

“And the biofuels industry has never had a bigger backer, a more vocal backer, than my boss President Donald Trump,” Rollins droned on before begging the crowd to applaud. “This spring he announced — I think this may be due for another round of applause — the highest renewable volume obligations, RVOs, in the history of this program.”

If you have to beg an audience to applaud, you’ve lost them and the message. The crowd wasn’t buying what Rollins was selling, and she went full Jeb “Please clap” Bush in desperation. Her boss won’t be pleased.
