Former GOP Lawmaker Calls Out Stephen Miller For Being A Birthright Citizenship Hypocrite

In the wake of Donald Trump losing his bid to end birthright citizenship via the Supreme Court, his loyal Nazi henchman Stephen Miller has continued his crusade against it, and now former GOP lawmaker Joe Walsh is calling out his hypocrisy.

Birthright citizenship is enshrined in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. Any person born here is automatically a United States citizen. Though three of the justices tried, the high court couldn’t justify overturning a Constitutional amendment, something that would be unprecedented and would likely lead to worse constitutional chaos than the court has already dealt.

Miller has been railing against the ruling and birthright citizenship ever since, even calling for banning pregnant women from entering the country. The problem is that Stephen Miller is also the product of birthright citizenship because his lineage is Ashkenazi Jewish descent, and they fled to the United States seeking asylum from Russian pogroms and the Holocaust.

Former GOP Rep. Joe Walsh took note of this hypocrisy and called Miller out on social media.

“Stephen Miller is in America because of birthright citizenship, the 14th Amendment protection he now wants stripped from others,” Walsh wrote. “His own family came here fleeing persecution, the kind of refugee story he now treats with suspicion and cruelty. Then other family members followed, through the same family-based immigration system he attacks as “chain migration.” That is the double standard. When it was his family, it was the American dream. When it is someone else’s family, he wants the door slammed shut.”

It is beyond sad that Miller, a descendant of Jews who escaped the Holocaust, became a Nazi leading the charge to persecute immigrants. He is the definition of a monster, and his ancestors would be ashamed of him for committing crimes against humanity. Prison is not punishment enough for what he and Trump have done.
