Donald Trump is so unbelievably dumb that he doesn’t even know that he was president one year ago, when he claims that the rest of the world was laughing at us and considered us an embarrassment.
The gaffe came during remarks Trump delivered on Thursday in Las Vegas as he made yet another feeble attempt to attack former President Joe Biden, whose term in the White House ended in January 2025.
Yet, it was just one year ago, in April 2025, according to Trump, that the world thought of the United States as an embarrassment.
“A year ago, our country was an embarrassment,” Trump said. “All over the world, they laughed at us.”
Again, the problem here is Trump’s timeline. Because Biden was NOT president in April 2025. Donald Trump was already back in office by then and had been in office for two months. Basically, Trump referred to himself as an embarrassment, and the world was definitely laughing at him then and still is laughing at him now.
For example, several nations were laughing at Trump during the World Economic Forum in Davos last year when he referred to himself as a dictator and lied repeatedly about the American economy, which has been going down in flames ever since he began his second term. Gas prices are soaring. Inflation is ballooning. More and more Americans are out of work.
The world also laughed at Trump when he accepted a made-up “peace prize” from FIFA after the Nobel Committee rejected his desperate begging for a Nobel Peace Prize. Furthermore, Iran continues to laugh at Trump’s desperate attempts to pretend that he’s somehow winning his war against them. He has wasted billions of dollars on this unprovoked war that he started. American troops have been killed, and our missile stockpile has been depleted, all while our economy nose-dives.
Trump is a laughingstock, and he turned America into a joke. He’s just too stupid to realize it.
